A disciplined view of the market.

We analyze order-book and price data across venues, their discrepancies and how they change over time.

Observe. Reconcile. Estimate.

Remove margin, retain context.

De-vigging removes the margin implicit in quoted prices. We normalize outcome probabilities, reconcile current observations and form a consensus estimate. A fair-price estimate is a reference, not a guarantee of a game’s true probability or outcome.

Stale information needs a signal.

The feed carries a recent flag and a price timestamp, at. If a current consensus cannot be formed, the last price can remain with recent: false. Consumers should use both fields, rather than assuming every returned price is current.

Price and quoting state are distinct.

A bet-stop can ask a market maker to widen or pull while prices continue to update. The widened-state flag marks a cautious return. Neither signal guarantees protection from loss. Numeric uncertainty remains under development.

One event. Several states.

Illustrative / event sequence
A price changes. The trading response changes with it.Illustrative sequence: live, then suspended ten seconds before a two-step price jump. Widening begins three seconds after the jump finishes, lasts eight seconds, then normal trading resumes. Suspended describes a consumer quoting instruction, not venue market status.
Before eventPrice eventAfter event
Live → suspended → widened → normalized. Prices continue updating throughout; suspended is an instruction to reconsider your quote.

Benchmark study in progress

Current-stack measurements are being collected. No speed advantage or absolute processing latency is published here.

Test setup

Compare feed arrivals from a synchronized recording environment.

Timing definition

Measure time to halfway repriced around official scoring plays. Distinguish receipt time from event time.

Sample & statistics

Publish dates, leagues, sample counts, median and relevant percentiles once approved.

Caveats & review

Document missed changes, stale arrivals, event-clock limitations and comparator disclosure approval.

Know the limits.

Coverage is limited to the listed leagues and winner markets. Market availability and source freshness vary. Live scores follow upstream reporting and are not a substitute for an event-time reference.

Fixtures use official league feeds where available and confirmation sources where supported. College football has no independent confirmation source yet. Confirmation gaps can use a grace period; grades require agreement and may remain unpublished when evidence conflicts.
